"Bought a MacBook 12” (2016) Grade B. Brilliantly priced and very little damage when inspecting it after receiving it. Only a slight dent in the keyboard, which is visible due to the backlit nature of the keyboard. Otherwise came in the original box, with cable and plug. Apart from difficulty in contacting, by calling/emailing, Farhan was amazing, since the delivery was running late by normal post, which took around 6 days with the £9.99 option, so he hand delivered my Mac for me to my door. Overall great experience and happy with my product."
"Perfect, excellent 15 inches retina 16 g ram macbook for less than 800 pounds. Payment interface is a bit clunky and my bank blocked twice the transaction, I had to call the bank at the end. But they have an excellent and responsive customer service. Delivery took more than a week but it's UPS that can never find our industrial area in London, for some reason."
